Cupcake is a pony with a real job. She arrives beautifully styled with custom florals, elegant tack, and personalized signage, greets your guests, and stands beautifully in every photo she appears in, which is all of them.
Cocktail hours, first looks, bridal portraits, showers, corporate celebrations, brand shoots, and birthday parties, where she is very much the guest of honor and knows it. Ribbon cuttings and grand openings too, because nobody walks past a pony without saying hi. She is friendly with children, unbothered by crowds, and convinced every event is being held in her honor.
She is also a full-on competition pony. She events at horse trials, jumps at shows, and will happily spend a long weekend horse camping. The floral crown is a side gig.

She is a working pony with a calm head and a very high opinion of herself, which turns out to be exactly the right combination for a party.
Florals, tack, and signage styled to your colors, so she reads as part of the plan rather than a surprise that wandered in.
Quiet in crowds, patient with children, and handled start to finish by her person, so nobody at your event is managing a pony.
A willing focal point for portraits, first looks, and every guest with a phone. She has never blinked at the wrong moment.
Cupcake is a trained, well socialized competition pony, and she is handled at every booking by an experienced horse person who stays with her from arrival to load up. She works in planned stretches with shade, water, and real breaks, because a comfortable pony is the one who behaves beautifully for your guests.
Custom built in cream and gold, with an insulated beverage well and room for glassware and florals. It arrives with Cupcake, already styled and ready for the moment.
The sign panel on the side is yours. Your names, your wording, your lettering, matched to the look of your day rather than ours. Three very different examples, all the same cart:
Baby showers, birthdays, retirements, anniversaries, a company name, or one very good inside joke. If it fits on the panel, we will letter it.
A working pony with a full social calendar. More from recent weddings and celebrations as fast as we can pick favorites.
The cart changes, the pony does not. Same steady manners for a black tie reception or a backyard full of six year olds, and the same certainty that the event is being held in her honor.
A horn, pastel florals, and glitter the barn will be finding until spring. Built for birthday parties and children who will talk about it for years.
Her cart loaded with donuts instead of glassware. Brunch weddings, morning showers, and offices that respond well to bribery.
Coffee service walked straight to your guests, at the hour of the morning when they will love you for it. Ideal for grand openings, ribbon cuttings, and any morning that needs a crowd.
A cart of loose stems she brings through cocktail hour so guests can build a bouquet to take home.
Hot chocolate and marshmallows for December parties and desert nights that turn colder than anyone packed for.
She carries the rings down the aisle. Slowly, with a great deal of ceremony, exactly as she believes the moment deserves.
Maternity sessions, senior photos, engagement and anniversary portraits, and western themed shoots. She has a good side and she knows exactly which one it is.
Fall festivals, harvest minis, and October parties, with a cart of pumpkins she has been told repeatedly are not snacks.
Have something else in mind? Ask. She is remarkably open to new costumes.
She is Cupcake, a trained event pony who arrives styled with fresh florals, polished tack, and signage made for your day. She greets guests, poses for photographs, and stands with her cart through cocktail hour while her handler stays with her from arrival to load up.
The short version: your guests came for the wedding and they will go home talking about the pony.
Weddings, engagement parties, bridal and baby showers, birthdays and children's parties, corporate events, grand openings and ribbon cuttings, and photo sessions of every sort, including maternity, senior portraits, engagements, and western themed shoots.
She is based in Scottsdale and covers greater Phoenix, and she travels for the right event.
Send your date through Check Your Date, or email info@theproseccopony.com. We will confirm within a day whether she is free.
Once the date is yours, we send a simple agreement and hold it with a deposit of [deposit amount], with the balance due [number] days before the event. Everything is handled by email, so there is nothing to print or mail back.
Cupcake takes a limited number of social events each season around her competition schedule, so earlier is better, particularly for spring and fall Saturdays.
She arrives about an hour ahead of her start time. Her handler checks in with your planner or venue contact about where she will stand, where the cart goes, timing, and how guests will move around her.
From there she works in planned stretches with breaks, water, and shade, and her handler stays beside her the entire time. Nobody on your team has to think about the pony.
Usually, with notice. Resorts, private estates, ranches, and event venues around Phoenix are generally happy to host her when they know she is coming and where she will be.
Check with your venue before you book, and we will send whatever paperwork they ask for. The Prosecco Pony carries commercial liability insurance and we can issue a certificate of insurance naming your venue.
No. The Prosecco Pony does not sell or supply alcohol. The drinks and the ice come from you or your venue, and we bring the pony, the cart, the styling, and the handler.
Tell us what you are pouring and we will make sure the cart is set up for it.
Yes, and they will. That is the entire point of her being there. Her handler stays with her to guide how people approach her and to keep her comfortable, and she is patient with children.
Flash photography is fine. She is a competition pony who has been photographed mid gallop over solid fences, so a camera at a wedding does not register.
Most bookings line up with cocktail hour or another set part of the day. Longer stays and multiple appearances can be arranged.
For photo sessions the timing is built around your photographer's schedule and the light.
She wears a discreet pony diaper for paved areas, ballrooms, and manicured venues, and her handler is on top of anything else immediately. Venues get their space back the way they lent it.
Yes, and this is the fun part. Florals, ribbon, tack, and her signage are all coordinated to your palette, and custom signage can be made for the day.
Send your inspiration images, your florist's palette, or just the invitation, and we will build her look around it.
Yes, and we would not do it otherwise. She is a well socialized competition pony who genuinely likes people and attention, and she works in planned stretches with shade, water, and real breaks.
Her handler reads her the whole time, and if she has had enough, she is done. A comfortable pony is also the one who behaves beautifully for your guests, so this is not a conflict.
Arizona being Arizona, we watch the forecast closely as your date approaches and talk with you early rather than on the morning of. Heat, wind, and monsoon storms all change the plan differently.
The answer is usually shifting her timing by an hour rather than cancelling, and her safety and your guests' safety decide it.
Scottsdale and greater Phoenix are her home turf, and she loads up happily for anywhere else worth going. She has trailered to horse trials across the state and spent a week in the canyons of southern Utah, so a drive does not faze her.
Tell us where your event is and we will include the travel in your quote.
Yes. The Prosecco Pony carries commercial liability insurance, and certificates are available on request.
Most resorts and event venues will ask for one before they approve an animal vendor. Send us your venue contact and we will get it to them directly, so it is one less thing on your list.
Still wondering about something? Email info@theproseccopony.com and ask. There is no question about this pony we have not already been asked twice.
Cupcake takes a limited number of social events each season, scheduled around horse trials, jumper shows, and the occasional week of horse camping. That is how every booking gets her full attention instead of a slot on an already busy weekend. Dates for 2026 and 2027 are open now, and spring and fall Saturdays go first.
Send us your date and we will tell you straight away whether she is free.
Pick the date you have in mind and tell us a little about the day. We will come back to you with a yes or a no, usually the same day.
This opens an email to info@theproseccopony.com with your details filled in. Nothing is booked until we reply and confirm.
